Role & responsibilities :

• Plan and manage projects as per PMO guidelines, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  
• Handle and analyze project documents through the CRM system.
  
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams.
  
• Act as the main contact between the company and the client.
  
• Review contracts and ensure all documentation meets customer and compliance needs.
  
• Support the Sales team in defining project scope and deliverables during proposals.
  
• Monitor project progress from Award to Closure, ensuring milestones are met.
  
• Track order bookings, timelines, and post-order documentation.
  
• Follow up with clients and teams for approvals and clearances.
  
• Measure project performance and prepare reports, including BG dashboards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate with MBA
  
• Strong engineering knowledge.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  
• Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
  
• Analytical, result-oriented, and innovative thinker.
  
• Good understanding of commercial and financial aspects.
  
• Proficient in PC tools; knowledge of BG, Security Deposit, and Retention processes
