Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive strategic transformation initiatives across the software delivery lifecycle for AI-driven products and platforms. The individual will work closely with senior business stakeholders, engineering leaders, product teams, and cross-functional groups to ensure successful execution of high-impact programs that accelerate business outcomes and operational excellence.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive strategic transformation initiatives across the software delivery lifecycle for AI-driven products and platforms. The individual will work closely with senior business stakeholders, engineering leaders, product teams, and cross-functional groups to ensure successful execution of high-impact programs that accelerate business outcomes and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale transformation programs across engineering and product teams.
- Drive program governance, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Establish and monitor transformation metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and business impact.
- Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices across teams.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive organizational change management initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption.
- Influence senior leadership and facilitate decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Establish best practices for program management and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Delivery, or Transformation Management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and engineering processes.
- Experience working with AI/ML, automation, cloud technologies, or enterprise software platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
