Sr. Program Management Engineer, Assistant program Management Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets for automotive projects from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues during the program lifecycle.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular reporting and status updates.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in program management or a related field (e.g., PMO).
• Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Proven track record in managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and resources.
• Certification in Program Management (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
