Technical Product Manager , you will own the
end-to-end lifecycle of products, platforms, and services that support both internal teams and external customers in a supply chain business domain. You’ll drive product strategy by aligning
customer needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility , turning complex opportunities into scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with architecture, development, engineering, and business teams to define the strategy, shape the roadmap, deliver results, and evolve the product based on performance, metrics, and customer feedback. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role where business insight meets deep technical execution.
What You’ll Do: Product Strategy & Ownership:
- Own product strategy and roadmap for
high-complexity or cross-platform initiatives , ensuring alignment with business goals and technical direction.
- Translate strategies for T-Mobile Supply Chain capabilities into detailed
features, user stories, and prototypes that drive Agile delivery.
- Manage end-to-end delivery — including
technical scoping, release planning, execution, and stakeholder communication .
- Define success metrics and long-term roadmaps, tracking performance through
KPIs, dashboards, and QBRs .
- Lead backlog grooming and platform prioritization efforts, reducing technical debt and ensuring sprint readiness.
Technical Delivery & Agile Leadership:
- Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to scope and deliver initiatives that account for
technical debt, platform investment , and long-term sustainability.
- Maintain a steady, just-in-time flow of user stories to support delivery at scale across multiple Agile teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve cross-team blockers, escalations, or architectural gaps.
Business Focus & Experience:
- Partner with
supply chain business, 3rd party logistics and enterprise partner/near neighbor teams to drive
requirement definition, system, integration and User Acceptance testing, and rapid hypothesis validation .
- Prioritize features based on
ROI, business impact, and opportunity size , while balancing engineering complexity.
- Lead
MVP launches, pilot programs , and support go-to-market planning for new features and platform rollouts.
Analysis & Communication:
- Conduct or guide
quantitative and qualitative analysis to size opportunities, inform trade-offs, and diagnose root issues.
- Translate strategy and results into crisp presentations for
cross-functional stakeholders and leadership .
- Drive alignment on product direction through storytelling, data, and structured reporting.
- Act as a primary escalation point for
production quality, platform performance, and incident resolution .
Platform Integration & Technical Expertise:
- Own requirements for
API integrations, system workflows, and platform-level interactions across teams and technologies.
- Drive architectural decisions around
security, resiliency, scalability, and performance , ensuring customer experience continuity.
- Champion platform health by incorporating infrastructure goals, technical KPIs, and system maturity into planning.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of product management experience in an Agile software development environment.
- 6+ years of hands-on technical experience (e.g., engineering, solution architecture, or technical program management).
- Domain expertise in
Supply Chain capabilities and Supply Chain network integrations .
- Experience with SOX and SOX controls and automation
- Fluent in
SQL, NoSQL, Splunk and experienced with
Tableau, Power BI , or similar analytics/reporting tools.
- Strong lifecycle ownership — from discovery through beta, GA, and iteration at scale.
- Experienced with
integration patterns , technical platform design, and
Agile/DevOps at scale .
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of
Telecom wireless industry business models, customer journeys and backend ecosystem.
- Knowledge of
billing, accounting, payments, and loan/lease systems.
- Demonstrated ability to
build resilient, scalable, and secure systems .
- Experience leading or contributing to
global cross-functional teams .
Must Have Skills
- Strong storytelling, influence, and stakeholder communication grounded in
data and insight .
- Ability to
lead platform-wide initiatives , manage complexity, and resolve ambiguity.
- Fluent in tooling such as
Jira, Confluence , or equivalents for tracking and collaboration.
- Passion for
customer-centric delivery, fast iteration , and business growth in a high-velocity environment.
