Sr. Product Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

Delivery & Execution

• Own the product roadmap and prioritization across business teams.
• Drive initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification to adoption.
• Conduct regular product and development reviews to track progress, quality, risks, and commitments.

• Manage escalations and production issues, ensuring timely root cause resolution.

Function Building

• Design and improve product processes, feature intake mechanisms, and team operating models.
• Establish quality standards across PRDs, prototyping, development, testing, UAT, and production.
• Enhance productivity through automation, AI, and process improvements.

People & Team Management

• Hire, onboard, mentor, and evaluate team members.
• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Build and scale a high-performing product development organization.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Experience: 35 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, or a related role. • Product & Analytical Skills: Strong product thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities. • Technical Understanding: Good understanding of systems, APIs, and integrations. • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and handle escalations effectively. • Process Excellence: Experience building processes, frameworks, and operational structures from the ground up. • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring teams with a strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
