The Senior Process Champion - Strategy will be a key member of the Strategy team, responsible for driving high impact, cross-functional initiatives originating from the CEO's office and senior leadership. The role will focus on data-driven problem solving, executive-level communication, performance improvement tracking, and enabling strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive and manage key strategic initiatives and priority projects from the CEO's office.
- Support the Lead - Strategy in preparing for discussions with the CEO, MD, Promoters, and Management Committee members.
- Develop high-quality executive presentations for CEOs, MDs, Promoters, Review Forums, and senior leadership meetings.
- Conduct data analysis, number crunching, and synthesis of insights by gathering information from multiple, disparate sources.
- Convert complex data and analysis into clear, cohesive, and actionable recommendations.
- Own and manage performance improvement dashboards, including tracking KPIs and business metrics.
- Work closely with Technology, Finance, Operations, Client Solutions, HR and other cross functional teams; gather inputs and data, design and maintain dashboards, and drive organization-wide improvement projects.
- Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring initiatives are followed through to impact.
