Sr Process Associate - US process

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Process Associate to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling US customers, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong sales and customer service abilities. This role requires working in the US Night Shift from our Bangalore office.

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls from US clients professionally and efficiently.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
• Promote company products and services while identifying sales opportunities.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience. • Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Understand business objectives and contribute towards process goals.
• Learn and effectively use company tools, CRM applications, and internal systems.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the system.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and process guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a US International Voice Process, preferably with Sales.
• Strong sales aptitude and customer handling skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience handling international customers is mandatory.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work on CRM/tools.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
• Age Criteria: Below 30 years.
