Responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Demonstrated experience in indirect tax litigation, including handling and supporting IDT matters before tax forums. Strong working knowledge of indirect tax laws and regulations, with the ability to apply legal principles to case preparation and representation. Skilled in developing and managing IDT litigation strategies, documentation, and case-related submissions. Ability to brief Counsels and argue indirect tax matters effectively in tax forums with sound legal and technical grounding. Capable of contributing to litigation workflows with attention to compliance, case analysis, and structured issue resolution.

- Law Graduate 10+ years
