We are seeking an experienced Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade automation, AI-driven solutions, and business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, AI integrations, and Microsoft 365 services, along with hands-on experience in solution architecture, application lifecycle management, and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Copilot Studio / Agentic AI Development
Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Applications
Power Automate Development
Design, develop, and maintain Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows (PAD).
Data & Integration
Configure and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, teams, and business units.
ALM, DevOps & Deployment
Support end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering through deployment.

Experience
- 6 to 10 years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
- 3+ years of experience working with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Cloud Flows.
- 3+ years of experience in Power Apps Portals / Power Pages/Canvas/ Model Driven
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio/ Agentic AI/ Generative AI / RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) Concepts /Prompt Engineering &
