About this role
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare baseline schedules, detailed work programs, weekly look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
- Monitor actual project progress against planned targets and identify delays, slippages, and critical activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, MEP, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams to ensure schedule alignment.
- Track critical path, key milestones, dependencies, manpower, and resource requirements.
- Collect and validate progress data from site teams and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Analyze schedule performance and highlight potential risks, delays, and areas requiring management intervention.
- Support preparation of mitigation and recovery plans to achieve project milestones and completion targets.
- Conduct schedule impact and delay analysis and maintain records for project controls and contractual requirements.
- Prepare progress dashboards, S-curves, and other planning and reporting presentations for project management.
- Ensure timely updating of project schedules and maintain accurate planning and progress documentation.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely execution of critical data center construction and MEP activities.
