Role Responsibilities

Our engineering team ships mission-critical PHP-based platforms leveraging modern frameworks, DevOps tooling, and cloud-native architectures - all while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability and developer velocity. Role Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable PHP applications using Laravel, Symfony, or similar modern frameworks.
- Optimize backend performance, database queries, and API integrations to support high-traffic SaaS platforms.
- Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to design and deploy CI/CD pipelines, containerized services, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms aligned with GDPR/PCI compliance standards.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers through pair programming and technical leadership.
- Diagnose and resolve production-level bugs, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks with monitoring tools like New Relic, Datadog, or Prometheus.
