About this role
- Partnering with stakeholders across the People team to solve key business questions and hypotheses, employing consulting techniques to prioritise analytical projects effectively according to impact.
- Embedding analytical thinking and assessments into our Projects initiatives so that we are consistently measuring the impact of the work we do.
- Working across our full people analytics tool stack, building out our people data infrastructure, working with APIs and complex data sets.
- Upskilling the analytical capabilities of the People Tribe at scale and can correctly interpret People data from our self-serve dashboards and people analytics products Qualifications
- Technical Skills. You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools (Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow)
- You have experience designing and owning data assets; you can build and maintain complex data sources and can leverage visualisation (Visier, Looker, Superset) tools to democratise data.
- Problem Solving. You have a track record in scoping, building, and delivering impactful People analytics solutions
- Influence. You know how to partner with senior stakeholders and can tell compelling stories from complex data and drive action from your analysis.
- Experience using Visier Superset.
