Responsibilities

• 1. Manage India payroll processing and administration.
• 2. Validate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, deductions and reimbursements.
• 3. Perform payroll audits, reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• 4. Administer and troubleshoot UKG Pro, UKG Ready UKG OneView.
• 5. Maintain HRIS data, workflows, configurations and access controls.
• 6. Monitor HRIS/payroll integrations and resolve system issues.
• 7. Support UAT, system upgrades, implementations and configuration changes.
• 8. Prepare payroll and HR reports and ensure data accuracy.
• 9. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory requirements.
• 10. Drive payroll/HRIS process improvements and automation.
• 11. Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and US stakeholders.
