About this role
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Apex Developer with 6-8 years will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Oracle APEX applications that support enterprise ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives. This role works closely with business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Should be a go-getter who takes ownership, proactively identifies solutions and looks beyond simply completing assigned tasks to bring measurable value to the team and business.
Qualifications
Robust Software Development skills in structured and object-oriented programming, version control (e.g., Git), and secure coding practices.
Strong skills in Data Modeling and Databases, including designing relational schemas, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity.
Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX, Oracle Reports, and related Oracle tools for building enterprise-grade applications and reporting solutions.
Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, including data extraction from legacy systems, transformation logic, and loading into target databases.
Robust Software Development skills in structured and object-oriented programming, version control (e.g., Git), and secure coding practices.
Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and performance tuning in Oracle environments.
Experience integrating Oracle APEX with ERP platforms (Oracle Cloud ERP preferred) or other enterprise applications.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Hyderabad, collaborating effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in Oracle or ERP technologies are a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering clean, maintainable solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Oracle APEX applications to support enterprise ERP and digital transformation initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements to translate them into scalable APEX software solutions.
Build custom interactive dashboards, advanced reporting modules, interactive grids, and user-friendly web interfaces.
Integrate Oracle APEX applications with Oracle Cloud ERP, legacy platforms, and external enterprise systems using RESTful web services.
Design relational database schemas, complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to support application logic.
Support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows and execute data migration activities from legacy systems into target databases.
Perform SQL query optimization, database tuning, and code refactoring to ensure maximum system efficiency and speed.
Implement strict security standards and secure coding practices to protect sensitive enterprise database applications.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain version control utilizing systems like Git.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including architects, QA, and business stakeholders-while providing production support and technical documentation.
