• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing toonboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meetbusiness needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and otherstakeholders.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boardsand social media.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit andskills.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations relatedto employment.
