About this role
The European head of Production for TTRO (Trade & Transaction Reporting Operations will be based in Mumbai and will be responsible for leading the European transaction reporting production function across EMIR, MiFID and SFTR. The role has overall accountability for reporting risk, production stability, exception management, and control reconciliation across the supported regimes, ensuring BAU processes operate effectively and issues are escalated and remediated in a timely manner. The role will oversee teams in Mumbai, Bangalore and Glasgow supporting the function and will drive strong risk management, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, people development, and continuous enhancement of the operating model. The ideal candidate will bring strong transaction reporting expertise, leadership capability, and a proven ability to manage risk and deliver change in a controlled environment. > Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with transaction reporting, regulatory operations, or a related control function, with significant experience leading teams and managing production risk in a complex financial services environment. Strong understanding of transaction reporting operating models, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements, with practical experience across EMIR, MiFID and SFTR. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
