Sr. Officer/Officer - Card Operations

Role & responsibilities:

• Payment file processing accuracy and TAT.
• Daily reconciliation completion within defined timelines.
• Percentage/value of unresolved reconciliation breaks.
• Ageing of outstanding exceptions.
• Accuracy of customer repayment posting.
• Timely resolution of payment discrepancies.
• Number of operational errors/reprocessing cases.
• Audit and control compliance.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

• Credit card payment file processing
• Knowledge of Vision Plus, payment system/gateways
• Payment file processing and transaction reconciliation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of banking/payment transactions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Excel/data-handling skills.
• Problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work within strict TATs and deadlines.
• Teamwork and coordination across multiple functions.
• Flexibility in hours of operation
• Professional written and verbal communication and Interpersonal skills
