About this role
- Assisting provide data to HR support services
- Entries of employee tax declarations in SAP
- Monthly voluntary tax calculations of LTA/Bonus availed employees and coordinate with Finance team
- Process employees salaries within time line
- Liaisoning with concerned authorities
- Employee engagement activities like Birthday Long Service celebrations
- Handling and resolving employees queries related Payroll, PF, Income tax, Sodexo, NPS and other benefits
- Extending support to ensure 100% compliance of statutory remittance like PF, ESI, PT, NPS
- Generating new employees UAN in PF portal and maintaining active members data
- Assist in Audit /General Complainces, HR Policies etc.
- Processing of Gratuity Claims.
- Updating employees KYC, facilitating transfers request in PF portal
- Updating and maintaining entries for Payroll inputs for RCL (HO, SM) PPF employees
- PPF employees confirmations in coordination with Unit HRs
- Processing of payroll for PPF employees
- Updating the Leaves of RCL HO, SM employees
- Maintaining employee leave records in SF
- New employees additions to GMC policy for endorsement and providing cards, claims follow-ups with TPA
