Sr. Officer- HR

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Support recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HRMIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
• Facilitate Performance Management System (PMS) activities including goal setting, reviews, and appraisal cycles.
• Address employee queries and provide timely HR support.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and recognition programs.
• Coordinate training and development programs based on business needs.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
• Support HR audits and ensure documentation compliance.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR generalist functions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, HRMS, and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
