Role & responsibilities

Sr. Engg/Exec  QA ( New Sample approval, Calibration ) 1Inspection of New developed incoming material 

2Correspondence with vendor for non-Conformity and counter measure taken at their end.

3Calibration of Monitoring and Measuring Devices as per calibration schedule & Verification of Reports.

4Raw  material testing at outside lab / agency  for new Components. 5To ensure  effectiveness of corrective / Action  by vendor.

6To comply, analyse and to take proper  counter- Measures for the line problems in inward  Components.

7Timely clearance of New Samples, S.I.R Reports

8Quality system implementation at all  stages Of inspection.

9Conduct  MSA studies.

10To audit effectiveness of quality parameter And norms wherever applicable 1

1.1Effective implementation of IATF 16949 In the  department

12.Follow-up to Get PAP from vendors & Disposal/Verification of PAP. 13Maintenance of Standards Room.
