Sr Officer - CAT Axis

As a Senior Officer - CAT Axis at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and managing the Customer Acceptance Testing (CAT) processes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all systems and applications meet the required standards before going live. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, develop test plans, and execute testing processes. Additionally, you will analyze and report on the results of testing phases, ensuring all issues are documented and resolved before deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test strategies and plans for various applications and systems.
- Coordinate with development and project teams to gather testing requirements and understand business needs.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance testing to validate system functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects found during testing phases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that testing aligns with overall project goals and timelines.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on testing methodologies and tools.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the testing framework.
