Sr.Officer/Asst.Manager- Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct cost analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  
• Manage product costing, including standardization, automation, and process improvements.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate financial reports using MS Office tools.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to finance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting role within the auto components industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD, SAP CO, Product Costing, Cost Analysis, Inventory Management, and MS Office Tools (CA).
  
• CA qualification preferred but MBA/PGDM in Finance will also be considered (CA. + MBA/PGDM).
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data effectively.
