Kefilo is building a NutritionTech company focused on transforming peoples health through science-backed nutrition, food technology, AI, and intelligent manufacturing.

We are not just another cloud kitchen or healthy meal delivery company. Our vision is to build a scalable ecosystem combining personalized nutrition, standardized food production, nutrition intelligence, and technology to make healthy eating accessible and measurable across India.

Key Responsibilities 1. Personalized Nutrition Transformation

• Design evidence-based personalized nutrition programs based on health conditions, body composition, clinical reports, lifestyle, goals, and dietary preferences.
• Develop and manage nutrition protocols for Kefilos 90-day transformation programs.
• Consult clients, review progress, and continuously optimize nutrition plans based on outcomes.

2. Nutrition RD Product Development

• Develop and standardize meal plans, recipes, nutritional specifications, portion sizes, and macro/micronutrient targets.
• Work closely with food scientists, chefs, and production teams to convert nutrition requirements into scalable food products.
• Research functional nutrition, gut health, preventive nutrition, lifestyle disorders, and emerging nutrition science.

3. Nutrition Intelligence AI

• Work with data scientists and product teams to build Kefilos Nutrition Intelligence System.
• Help define the logic, parameters, datasets, and nutritional frameworks required for personalized recommendations.
• Contribute nutrition expertise to AI-powered meal planning and personalization systems.

4. Team, Content Education

• Train and mentor nutritionists, wellness coaches, and customer-facing teams.
• Create evidence-based nutrition content for social media, podcasts, webinars, workshops, and educational programs.
• Represent Kefilo in expert discussions, collaborations, and healthcare/nutrition events.

Who Should Apply

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, or a related field.
• 3-8+ years of relevant experience in clinical nutrition, personalized nutrition, sports nutrition, preventive healthcare, or nutrition consulting.
• Strong understanding of nutrition science and practical meal planning.
• Experience working directly with clients and tracking transformation outcomes.
• Strong communication and research skills.

Immediate Priorities - First 90 Days

• Review and strengthen Kefilos existing nutrition frameworks.
• Build standardized nutrition protocols for the 90-day transformation program.
• Develop evidence-based meal and nutrition frameworks for different customer requirements.
• Work with the food and technology teams on the Nutrition Intelligence System.
• Establish systems for tracking customer outcomes and improving nutrition protocols.
• Build nutrition content and educational resources for Kefilos brand.

Equity-Based Opportunity

This is an equity-only founding team opportunity.

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase. Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Founder Onboarding Process

• 3-4 strategic discussions to evaluate expertise, mindset, execution ability, and long-term alignment.
• A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate ownership and contribution.
• Long-term founding team agreement.
• Equity allocation based on contribution, expertise, and commitment.
• 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a nutrition professional who can go beyond creating individual diet charts and help us build a scalable nutrition system.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with clients as well as food scientists, chefs, data scientists, product teams, and founders.

You should have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong scientific grounding, and the ability to translate nutrition expertise into products, protocols, technology, and measurable transformation outcomes.

Bonus if you have experience in NutritionTech, HealthTech, food product development, clinical practice, research, AI, or personalized nutrition.
