What We are Looking for:

• Knowledge about 4Cs (Credit, Capital, Capacity and Collateral)
• Graduates (with degree certificates)
• Minimum 1 Year experience is mandatory
• Comfortable to Work from Home
• Comfortable with US Rotational Night Shifts
• Immediate Joiner
• Experience in Encompass Tool
• Knowledge about DSCR and Bank Statement income files is an added advantage
• Hands on experience with Credit analysis, Income Verification and Calculation.
• Knowledge about Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) Guidelines
• Knowledge about Conventional / FHA / VA loans
• DTI/LTV Ratio Calculations to assess risk
