Role Highlights:

• Own the L2 Finance Systems incident, defect and release management model
• Act as the senior escalation point for critical finance system issues
• Govern incident resolution, RCA, prioritization and release validation
• Lead cross-functional teams across Finance, FAST, AMS, IT and external partners
• Drive operational stability, close readiness, controls and continuous improvement
• Support KT, TSA exit, transformation initiatives and process standardization

Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
