About this role
Hiring - "Sr. Marketing" for a renowned Real Estate Developer based in Taloja
*Male Candidate Only*
Location - Taloja
Roles: Sr. Marketing
Experience: Should have 5+ years experience in Real Estate with a Developer or Mandate. 5+ years experience in marketing, preferably in real estate. Working knowledge of design tools. Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
CTC: Up to 15 LPA (max 20- 25% On current)
Key Responsibilities (But not limited to)
Vendor Management & Coordination
- Identify, onboard, and manage print, signage, event, and promotional material vendors
- Negotiate rates, track deliverables, ensure quality and timeline compliance
- Maintain vendor database and renewal/payment schedules
Marketing Strategy
- Plan and execute Online and offline campaigns
- Coordinate with sales/leadership to align with business targets
- Track campaign spend vs. outcomes; report ROI
Creative Designing
- Design or brief creatives requirements
- Ensure brand consistency across all offline materials
- Coordinate with external Vendors/designers/printers when needed
