SR. Manger Founders office

Mandatory:

We are looking for a high-potential professional to work directly with the Founder across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Strategy.

This is an accelerated leadership opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond a single-function role, solve real business problems and build a 360 understanding of how a business is built and scaled.

What Youll Do

* Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational priorities.
* Drive cross-functional, high-impact projects from problem definition to execution.
* Analyze business performance and identify growth and improvement opportunities.
* Support initiatives across sales, marketing, operations and business development.
* Build business reviews, dashboards and strategic analyses.
* Take increasing ownership of business-critical projects.

Who We’re Looking For

* 3–5 years of experience, preferably in Management/Strategy Consulting, Business Consulting, Strategy, Operations or Business Development.
* Strong structured problem-solving, analytical and execution skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
* Comfortable with ambiguity, multiple priorities and high ownership.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to build a business leadership career.
