Sr Manager - Transformation Office

Function Summary

The Change Leader is responsible for driving execution of transformation priorities across assigned circles. The role acts as the transformation partner for mapped circles and is responsible for diagnostics, governance, intervention management, adoption tracking and action closure.

The role owns a defined set of circles and works closely with Circle Managers, Zonal Strategy & Initiatives Heads and business stakeholders to improve performance on agreed transformation metrics.

Job Summary

The incumbent will own execution of transformation programs across assigned circles and will drive improvement through structured governance, analytics and intervention management.

The role will identify performance opportunities, conduct root-cause analysis, design improvement plans, track implementation progress and ensure closure of agreed actions through regular forums.

Key Responsibilities

Circle Transformation Ownership

• Act as the designated transformation partner for assigned circles.
• Drive execution of transformation priorities within mapped circles.
• Own implementation of intervention plans.

Adoption & Change Management

• Drive adoption of transformation initiatives and operating frameworks. Identify barriers to implementation.
• Support rollout of new programs and initiatives.
• Drive alignment among stakeholders on transformation priorities.

Performance Analytics & Diagnostics

• Analyze circle performance across defined transformation metrics.
• Identify weak pockets, productivity gaps and adoption challenges.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and diagnostic reviews.
• Generate actionable recommendations for business improvement.
• Conduct periodic transformation governance reviews.
• Maintain governance trackers and review outputs.

Intervention Management

• Design circle-level interventions based on performance analytics.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and business impact.
• Facilitate corrective action planning where required.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Partner with Circle Managers, Zonal Strategy & Initiatives Heads and business teams.
• Coordinate execution with training, digital, operations and support functions. Ensure timely closure of cross-functional dependencies.

Review Support & Communication

• Publish intervention trackers and governance summaries.
• Support leadership reviews through data-backed insights.
• Maintain documentation of actions, decisions and outcomes.
