About this role
We re looking for a seasoned Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to build and lead a world-class hiring engine for Minfy.
Key expectations:
- Own end-to-end TA strategy and execution across India & global markets.
- Build predictable hiring pipelines for Cloud, AI, Data, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership roles.
- Improve hiring velocity, quality of hire, and offer-to-join conversion.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring governance.
- Build and lead a high-performing TA team with strong metrics and accountability.
Ideal profile:
- 12-18 years of TA leadership experience in IT/Technology Services.
- Proven track record of scaling organizations and hiring niche technology talent.
- Strong stakeholder management and data-driven approach.
