About this role
- Planning hiring as per approved Manpower Budget.
- Sourcing of Profiles and closing the open positions as per requirement..
- Coordination with all departments and Keep a track of all open positions and discuss with respective stake holders.
- Create channel for hiring at all levels.
- Coordinating and conducting interviews for open positions.
- Preparing Abhinandan email. Taking care of the complete on boarding, joining formalities, email id creation, biometrics, bank account opening, providing id card, seat allocation, name tags induction with all the departments, cross divisional induction.
- Conducting Induction and provide all relevant information related to policies and Code of Conduct.
- Ensuring that the new joiner is assigned with a buddy and the feedback should be assessed with due discussions with the HR Spoc and to recognize them post 90 days at the end of the program.
- Taking feedback from the new employees post 30:60:90 days.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives specific to sector, operating company, function or talent entry point.
- Benchmark talent acquisition best practices in the marketplace and ensure they are leveraged to enhance organizational performance; builds expertise and thought leadership in talent acquisition.
- Prepare Recruitment Dashboard and present this to Department Head
- Compile with IMS procedures defined for TA and assess competencies with respect to JDs/MRF in line with ISO systems and procedures
