Sr. Manager - Suspension/Steering design

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the design team to develop innovative vehicle designs that meet customer requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality control to ensure successful product launches.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, dealerships, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the design process.

Job Requirements :

• 12-20 years of experience in automotive design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, ergonomics, and user interface design principles.
• Proven track record in leading high-performing design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
