Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Strategic Sourcing to lead end-to-end category management and sourcing initiatives across multiple indirect spend categories. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement, with mandatory exposure to the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Category Management and Strategic Sourcing initiatives.
• Lead sourcing projects involving RFP, RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and supplier selection.
• Develop and execute category strategies to optimize cost, quality, and business value.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business functions and ensure alignment with procurement objectives.
• Support contract negotiations and demonstrate strong understanding of commercial and contractual terms.
• Conduct spend analysis, market intelligence, and supplier benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Deliver data-driven insights through strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive procurement excellence and supplier performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–9+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Procurement.
• Proven experience managing sourcing engagements within the US market (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in RFP/RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience handling one or more of the following categories:
• Marketing
• Professional Services
• Temporary Labor / Workforce Services
• IT Services
• Travel & Expense (T&E)
