Sr. Manager- Service Sales West

Sr. Manager- Service Sales West is responsible for driving service revenue growth, expanding lifecycle solutions, strengthening customer relationships, and improving service contract penetration across the assigned region. This role demands a strong mix of strategic thinking, customer engagement, business development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, customer-centric, and highly motivated to scale Eaton s service business.

"1. Revenue & Gross Margin Achievement
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual service sales revenue and gross margin targets in west India
Build a strong regional funnel across AMCs, spare parts, batteries, digital solutions, and service upgrades.

2. AMC Growth
Maximize AMC penetration through proactive engagement with new and existing installations.
Drive conversion of warranty units into service contracts.
Monitor contract renewals to ensure high retention and timely closures.

3. Lifecycle Services & Replacement Solutions
Promote lifecycle replacement offerings including: Spare parts, Remote monitoring solutions, Battery replacements, Capacity upgrades and retrofit solutions
Ensure high attach-rate of service products across the install base.

4. Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new accounts for AMC, spares, battery business, and professional services.
Increase customer base within the assigned territory.
Strengthen service penetration within existing install base for future business wins.

5. Business Analytics & Market Intelligence
Utilize strong analytical skills and market insights to drive future strategies.
Monitor competitors, pricing movements, and emerging customer needs.
Recommend actions to stay competitive and expand market presence.

7. Marketing & Promotion
Identify promotional opportunities to enhance service product awareness.
Work closely with the marketing team on regional campaigns, workshops, and customer events.
Seed Eaton s service solutions early with customer stakeholders to influence future opportunities.

8. Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel 40-50% within the region to drive business engagement and customer coverage.

9. Team Leadership & Performance Reviews
Conduct periodic reviews with team members on funnel, revenue, customer issues, and progress against KPIs.
Support team members with guidance, coaching, and customer strategy alignment.

10. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with: Sales (for leads & installed-base information), Service Operations (for SLA delivery & technical support), Finance (for AR & commercial alignment), SCM (for spares availability & planning)
Ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints"

Bachelor s in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
10-15 years of experience in service sales in west india, AMC sales, or aftermarket technical sales roles.

"Strong understanding of UPS, batteries, power systems, and related after-sales services.
Solid understanding of AR management, billing, and collection cycles.
Technical aptitude in battery sizing, monitoring solutions, and service application engineering.
Proficient in pipeline tracking, CRM usage, and service analytics.
Familiarity with Salesforce is desirable."
