About this role
This position replacement for Mr. Vinod Kumar D ( Assistant General Manager - PPC SCM). We proposed to take Senior Manager Level and Cost savings Per annum amount of Rs.18,90,252/-.
What youll do
- Developing and implementing production plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Overseeing capacity planning, resource allocation, and material requirement planning (MRP).
- Ensuring adherence to production timelines and delivery commitments.
- Leading utilization of SAP PP/MM modules for planning, inventory management, and reporting.
- Maintaining accurate SAP data for real-time visibility and informed decision-making.
- Driving digital transformation initiatives within PPC.
- Collaborating with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitoring shop floor activities and ensuring smooth workflow execution.
- Communicating production targets, progress, and challenges to senior leadership.
- Maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing excess inventory.
- Implementing cost-control measures to improve operational efficiency.
- Tracking variances, analyzing root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
- Identifying process gaps and implementing lean manufacturing practices.
- Benchmarking industry standards and driving innovation in PPC and SCM processes
- Providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to PPC teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.

What we are looking for
- Master s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirable. BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering and equivalent experience is preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in PPC SCM, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in SAP PP/MM modules and ERP systems and Industry background in automotive, heavy engineering, or manufacturing.
