Job Description

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, Deals & Pursuit Management, or complex solutioning roles
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI/ML development lifecycle and the critical role of high-quality training data in model performance
• Direct experience solutioning for AI Training Data, data annotation, data labeling, or related data-centric AI services
• Ability to design comprehensive and compelling AI Training Data solutions based on client requirements, scale, quality, and delivery needs
• Strong experience independently leading end-to-end solutioning for large-scale deals and complex RFPs
• Experience gathering requirements, defining solution scope, developing delivery approaches, and creating solution narratives
• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in bottoms-up costing, effort estimation, pricing, margin calculation, and financial value proposition development
• Experience conducting competitive pricing analysis and developing commercially viable and competitive deal strategies
• Ability to balance solution quality, scalability, delivery feasibility, risk, and profitability
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, delivery, operations, finance, and technology teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, proposal writing, and client-facing solutioning skills
