Sr Manager - Performance Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Own the performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta and other relevant digital channels, with clear focus on CAC, ROAS, conversion, lead quality and revenue.
• Proactively develop channel, audience, geography and funnel strategies to drive scalable growth. 
• Analyze the complete funnel - media to lead to quality to conversion to revenue and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive CRO, experimentation and A/B testing across campaigns, landing pages and customer journeys.
• Leverage AI, automation and emerging MarTech and AI extensively to improve campaign optimization, insights, productivity and scale. 
• Hand-on in Ai adoption to automate and increase efficiency across process and campaign
• Build performance dashboards, reporting frameworks and processes that turn data into clear actions and decisions.
• Identify new growth opportunities across Affiliate, Programmatic, Native and other emerging channels. 
• Lead strategic discussions and performance reviews with senior stakeholders; present insights and recommendations in a clear, structured and compelling manner.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Technology, Analytics and agencies to drive initiatives to closure.
• Build operating processes, governance and ways of working where required.
• Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives — set the direction, create clarity, drive stakeholders and ensure execution.
• Able to stitch complete marketing plan, including digital, and coordinating with internal stakeholders

Job Requirements :

• 8–12 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing, preferably across a leading digital agency and/or high-growth consumer business.
• MBA qualification required 
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. 
• Strong hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and other digital advertising platforms. 
• Strong understanding of attribution, funnel analytics, CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion and lead quality. 
• Proficiency in GA4 and digital analytics. 
• Strong understanding of landing-page optimization and CRO. 
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM and lifecycle marketing is preferred. 
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides, Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization tools. 
• Experience using AI tools for marketing analysis, optimization and automation is strongly preferred. 
• Experience in healthcare, consumer internet, e-commerce, BFSI or other performance led businesses is an advantage.
