Sr. Manager - Operations

Role Overview

Reporting to the global CEO, the Sr. Manager - Operations will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of the companys nationwide training and skilling programmes, spanning both B2B workforce development and CSR projects in Education & Skilling livelihood generation. The Sr. Manager - OPERATIONS will oversee day-to-day operations, field activities, and cross-functional teams, enabling the company to deliver high-quality training and certification services at scale. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in managing operations in education, skilling, or related service delivery sectors.

This role will oversee Delivery and operations, Content development and solutioning, Training quality and HR. The roles excludes Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Pre-Sales and Finance.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, Learning & Development and service industry, including at least 5 years in a senior operations role with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in managing distributed team and operations .
• Experience in workforce and resource capacity development.
• Strong people management experience, particularly with dispersed/field-based teams.
• Demonstrated ability to set up and scale processes in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Solid financial and business acumen, with experience in budget management and operational efficiency.
• Comfort working with government schemes, CSR programs, or donor-funded Skill Training initiatives is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India and ready to operate from different parts of the country.
• Management Graduate (full time study) ; BE/ B. Tech from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute.
