• Content Management & Storytelling
• Admissions & Enrolment
• PR & Media Relations
• Analytics & Strategy
• Market research, campaign ROI & competitor insights
• Manage agencies & marketing budget

Who you are:-

• MBA in Marketing / Communications or equivalent; 5-8 years in progressive marketing roles
• Prior experience in K-12 education, EdTech, or premium consumer/lifestyle brands strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in brand building, enrolment growth, and integrated campaign execution
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, CMS, and email automation tools
• Exceptional communicator — compelling writer, confident spokesperson, skilled storyteller
• Genuine passion for girls' education and alignment with a values-driven, child-safe institution
