Job description:

• Manage day-to-day stores and material management activities for the PMC project.
• Material & Equipment Oversight– Checking quality & specifications of incoming materials,
• verifying storage conditions & ensuring availability as per erection and commissioning
• schedule.
• Monitor EPC Contractor's material receipt, inspection, storage, preservation and issue procedures.
• Maintain and review inventory records, material registers, GRNs, issue records and reconciliation statements.
• Monitor critical materials, spares, shortages, surplus and slow-moving inventory.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC and EPC Contractor for material availability.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of mechanical, electrical, C&I, civil and construction materials.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and monitor material reconciliation.
• Ensure warehouse safety, housekeeping, security and compliance with project procedures.
• Prepare stores/inventory MIS reports and highlight material-related risks and deficiencies.
• Support project close-out, surplus material management and final inventory handover.
• Coordination with the Stores-in-charge to keep close contact with transportation department and make proper arrangement for storage of materials.
• House Keeping, Record Maintaining, Stacking of the materials with proper location,Random Physical stock verification of materials with respect to SAP.Traceability of stores documents and file management, compliances report against the audit report.

Hiring Locations : We are hiring for multiple project locations across India. The positions will be based at the respective project sites listed below:

1.          Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpaainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)

2.          Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)

3.          Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)

4.          Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)

5.          Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)

6.          Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)

7.          Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)

8.          Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
