Sr. Manager / Manager Purchase

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire procurement process from purchase planning to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve quality, and increase supply chain efficiency.
• Identify new vendors for raw materials and consumables through market research, price negotiation, and supplier selection criteria.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all purchasing activities.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in purchase management or related field in FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of purchase planning, purchase vendor development, new vendor development, price negotiation, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
