Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery across assigned insurance processes, ensuring adherence to SLA, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of Team Managers and Associates, fostering high performance and engagement.
• Manage client relationships and handle escalations effectively.
• Conduct reviews, audits, and reporting to track process health and performance.
• Support process migrations, stabilizations, and capacity planning.
• Partner with L&D for training and certification compliance across teams.

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in insurance Operations with 1 or 2+ years in a managerial role (span of 100+ team members).
• Strong exposure to Insurance Operations.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Onsite transition experience is an added advantage.
