Job Application: Sr Manager / Manager - Design Engg

This position is based in our Design Engg Office at Vadodara. It is a management position. The candidate must have proven experience in heading the design and engineering function in a ASME certified manufacturing company.

Requirements

• Do you hold a full time bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
• This position is not open for Diploma holders or part time degree holders.
• Do you have min 8 years experience in heading Design and Detailed Engineering function in an ASME environment
• Minimum 8 years in a leadership position in Design and Detailed Engineering of Static Equipment in an ASME environment is mandatory for this position.
• Do you have hands on experience in mechanical design and detailed engineering of the following
• Pressure Vessels
• Shell Tube Heat Exchangers
• Storage Tanks to API
• Pressure Piping to B31.3
• Boiler Pressure Parts to IBR
• The first 3 is a mandatory requirement for this position. The rest are preferred, but not mandatory.
• Do you have sound knowledge of design and construction codes
• The first one is a mandatory requirement for this position. For any Yes, you will need to demonstrate your thorough knowledge at the interview.
• ASME Sec VIII Div 1
• ASME Sec VIII Div 2
• EN 13445
• API 650 / 620
• ASME B 31.3 / 31.8 / 31.1
• AD 2000 Merkblatt
• Do you have sound knowledge of following software
• PV Elite and Autocad are mandatory requirements for this position.
• PV Elite
• Autocad / BricsCad
