Hiring : Sr. Manager / Manager - Database Lead Developer and Administrator.

Qualification : B.E. / MCA / BCA / BCS / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc.-IT / B.Sc.-IT / Other related qualifications in Technology.

Location : Andheri, Mumbai

Experience:

10+ Years experience in DB2 with minimum 2 to 3 years as Senior, Lead or into technical management roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Expert proficiency in IBM DB2 LUW (versions 10.5, 11.1, 11.5) and or DB2 z/OS.

• Analyze SQL statement telemetry data alongside developers using tools like IBM Data studio, SPUFI or EXPLAIN.

• Provide Level 3 escalations for complex database bugs, crashes or capacity planning constraints.

• Oversee DB2 software configuration, version upgrades and the deployment of the latest fix packs.

• Heavy operational experience in Red Hat Enterprises Linux (RHEL), AIX or Mainframe z/OS environments.

• Command of SQL, PLSQL,Shell scripting and mainframe utilities like JCL, File- Aid or IDCAMS.

Additional Skills:-

• Official certification like IBM certified database administrator - DB2 for z/OS or equivalent.

• Preferred working knowledge of Exchange related applications (Stock/Commodity) & Financial/Banking related applications.
