Sr Manager/ Manager _CRM (Post Sales)

Role & responsibilities :

• Handling complete post-Sales CRM operations for real estate projects.
• Customer documentation management including Agreement to Sell, Sale Deed, KYC, and other legal documentation coordination.
• Payment tracking, demand generation, follow-ups, and coordination with Accounts Team.
• Managing customer queries, complaints, and escalation handling.
• Coordination with Legal, Accounts, Construction, and Sales teams.
• Preparing Post-Sales MIS reports and collection reports.
• Monitoring customer payment schedules and ensuring timely collections.
• Maintaining CRM software data accuracy and reporting.
• Handling bank loan cases.
• Possession management and handover coordination.
  Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong knowledge of real estate post-sales process and documentation.
• Expertise in CRM software and MIS reporting.
• Good understanding of RERA compliance and property documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Problem-solving and customer grievance handling capability.
• Team handling experience preferred.
