Sr. Manager/ Manager - Accounts

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and annual book finalization, including GRPO and MSME creditor reconciliation.
• Handle TDS/TCS compliance, payments, and return filing.
• Ensure GST compliance, ITC reconciliation, and return filing.
• Coordinate tax, statutory, internal, and inventory audits.
• Manage ROC, PF, ESIC, and cost audit compliance.
• Handle project reports, Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), and banking coordination.
• Oversee routine accounting, payment processing, expense accounting, and capitalization.
• Manage GST and Income Tax assessments.
• Handle job work accounting, works contracts, and contractor accounting.
• Develop and improve SOPs and accounting processes.
• Prepare MIS reports, DP working, and manufacturing accounting entries.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
