Role & responsibilities

Prepare DPRs, concept notes, project proposals, and technical documentation in consultation with all stake holders.
Coordinate with Government Departments, PSUs, NGOs, CSR foundations, and institutional stakeholders
Support implementation, execution, monitoring, and reporting of livelihood and sustainability projects
Mobilize SHGs, FPOs, artisans, rural entrepreneurs, and community institutions
Develop institutional partnerships and market linkages for rural enterprises
Identify and support grant, convergence, and CSR funding opportunities
Conduct field visits, stakeholder consultations, assessments, and project reviews
Support cluster development and entrepreneurship promotion initiatives
Ensure timely project documentation, compliance, and reporting
Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, training sessions, and government consultation

Preferred candidate profile

68 years of experience in Rural Development, CSR, MSME, Cluster Development, NGO, or Government Projects
Experience in DPR preparation, proposal writing, and project implementation
Strong exposure to community mobilization and livelihood promotion programs
Experience working with SHGs, FPOs, artisans, rural entrepreneurs, and government stakeholders
Ability to independently manage field operations and stakeholder coordination
Strong communication, documentation, and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel extensively across Northeast India and other project locations
