Sr. Manager - Liaison

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• 710 years of relevant experience in liaisoning, approvals, and regulatory coordination.

• Handle liaison-related activities for project approvals and statutory compliances.
• Manage back-office documentation, submissions, and follow-up activities.
• Support front-office interactions with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders as required.
• Coordinate with internal project teams and external agencies to ensure timely approvals.
• Liaise with Municipal Authorities, Government Departments, and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with Environmental Consultants and agencies related to MOEF approvals and compliance matters.
• Monitor approval status and maintain records of submissions, approvals, and correspondence.

• Thorough knowledge of DCPR and UDCPR regulations.
• Strong understanding of development permissions, building approval processes, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in coordinating with Municipal Corporations, Planning Authorities, and Government Departments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and follow up proactively with concerned authorities.
