Sr Manager IT Support

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum ten (10) years IT experience in a support or operations environment

Minimum four (4) years experience in access management, user provisioning or operations supprot environment

Minimum three (3) years in a supervisory role working with IT or operational teams.

Two (2) years machine learning experience.

Two (2) years robotic process automation experience.

Three (3) years experience working with data visualization tools.

Three (3) years experience working with business intelligence tools.

Minimum five (5) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

Minimum four (4) years in a non-supervisory or supervisory leadership role working with IT or operational teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field and Minimum six (6) years experience including data, analytics, automation and operations support. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Three (3) years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above)

Two (2) years managing operating budgets and/or project financials.

Five (5) years IT experience working with IT ticketing software or systems (ServiceNow, Remedy).

Four (4) years experience in a leadership role of a large matrixed organization.

Two (2) years experience in organizational change management.

Four (4) years experience providing support for client/server platforms.

Four (4) years experience supporting Microsoft server operating systems.

Four (4) years experience supporting Unix/Linux server operating systems.

Four (4) years experience supporting mainframes for a large organization.

Three (3) years experience in IT intake and profiling in a support or operations environment.

Four (4) years experience implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services.

Four (4) years experience working with business intelligence tools.

Four (4) years experience working with Open Source Tools (e g , R, Python).

Four (4) years experience working with Tableau.

Four (4) years robotic process automation experience.

Four (4) years experience working with artificial intelligence tools.

Four (4) years programming experience.

Four (4) years experience working with statistical analysis software.

Four (4) years experience working with data extraction and manipulation language.

IT security or compliance certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) related to access management.
