Sr Manager - GxP Training

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

A) Service

• Monitor and ensure proper execution of site training procedures (Training Concept at USV) using the electronic Learning Management System (eLMS).

• Coordinate and execute all planned and unplanned training activities across the site.

• Perform trainee and trainer effectiveness evaluations.

• Develop and maintain role-based curricula for all site departments and roles.

B) Compliance – Internal Standards & Regulatory Requirements

• Ensure new employees complete required role-based training prior to commencing job activities.

• Facilitate the annual Training Need Identification (TNID) process at the site.

• Prepare and execute the annual site training plan covering mandatory, technical, EHS, and HR domains.

• Maintain a centralized site training database (manual or electronic).

• Generate monthly MIS reports and quarterly presentations on site training compliance.

C) People & Organization

• Oversee and track training completion for contractor personnel at the site.

• Maintain an accurate training database for contractors.

• Effectively leverage electronic platforms and tools for site training delivery.

• Deliver onboarding modules on critical regulatory topics, including GMP, GDP, DI, and related standards.

D) Projects, Continuous Improvement & Quality Innovation

• Implement site-level training projects assigned by the Corporate Training Department.

• Proactively identify and submit process improvement ideas for the L&D function.

• Leverage modern tools by applying AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering principles to enhance L&D processes.

E) Budgetary Work

• Prepare the annual site training budget aligned with the site's training plan and operational needs.

• Draft and deliver budget presentations to secure corporate approvals.

• Track budget utilization and report progress to the Corporate Training Head.
