Sr. Manager - FP&A

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability in the life insurance industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven insights to inform corporate strategy.
• Analyze complex financial data to provide actionable recommendations for senior management on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives.
• Design and maintain dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs such as revenue growth, expense control, and customer retention.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in finance & accounting with a focus on financial planning & analysis or business planning.
• Strong understanding of corporate strategy development and implementation across multiple industries including life insurance.
• Proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI for creating interactive visualizations from large datasets.
• Proven ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization with excellent communication skills.
